Award, the national symbol of courage, creativity, dedication,
resourcefulness, and perseverance with which entrepreneurs meet
their challenges as America's small businesses.This award presented
by Mass Mutual honors an elite group of companies whose
achievements in overcoming adversity and seizing opportunities
provide insights and inspirations that can help other businesses in
their search for solutions. Equally as important, the business story
was published in "Insights and Inspirations: How Businesses Succeed
1999" , a book published annually by the United States Chamber of
Commerce to be utilized as a resource guide for other businesses.
